Great location in central Laval, 20 minutes walking distance to the metro (subway) De la Concorde and to Place Bell. Conveniently located near Highway15 ,which is just 15 minutes driving distance to downtown Montreal. The Bus stop is just in front of the door. Clean and newly renovated 90m2 basement apartment, 2 bdms ,2 living rooms,with full kitchen.Maxim host up to 6 people.
