Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of R$ 72.10 + 3%ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap.

Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest’s first and last name.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
