Apartment on the sand on the coast of Ceara- Brazil, opened in (2015), in the charming and exclusive condominium Aquiraz Riviera Beach Place -Golf Club, by the sea in Praia da Marambaia, super decorated. Comfortably sleeps 5 people 2 air-conditioned rooms Silent ceiling fan in the suite and living room and Gourmet Balcony. 1 Pantry and Clothing American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave, blender, orange squeezer, coffee maker and sandwich maker. LCD TV with cable TV and home theater. Internet and exclusive WIFI network. Leisure area with swimming pool, sauna, exercise room, games room and playroom for children. Restaurant open Saturday and Sunday for lunch inside the condo. 2 parking spaces marked in the basement (only in Aquiraz). Elevators with access to the basement. Special advantages in the use of Aquiraz Riviera equipment, restaurants at the Golf Club House, Beach Club, free access to the Country Club etc. Access to the private club with an 18-hole golf course.
Located 40 minutes from Fortaleza Airport by taxi or car. Access by road from the highway CE -040. The road is paved, lighted and with tourist police. Super secure location with restricted and controlled access. 24-hour security at the entrance to the condominium and access to the beach.
