You will immediately feel at home in our beautiful and spacious penthouse of 125 m2 in total. The roof terrace (60m2) is partly covered and exposed to the wind. Hot water comes from a solar boiler. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom, one of which is en suite, and has air conditioning. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. The penthouse is built in the unique Caribbean architectural style with very high ceilings and Louvre windows. There is a modern kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob. From the roof terrace you look out over the tropical garden with swimming pool. And if you want to exchange the swimming pool for the magical underwater world of Bonaire, you will find PADI diving school Dive Factory at the park, where you can take lessons or rent equipment. The resort offers even more facilities such as a launderette and car rental.

It is fantastic to stay in this beautiful modern apartment located on a beautiful tropical and small-scale resort with a lovely swimming pool and secure fencing. The resort has a Padi registered diving school Dive Factory that is run by Dutch people and where you as a guest receive a 20% discount. There is also a car rental company at the resort where you as a guest enjoy a 10% discount. The resort is approximately a 12-minute walk from the center of Kralendijk and a 7-minute walk from the sea.
