“Localisation is very good, right in the middle of the tourist area, and just 6 min walk from bus station .. even with a suitcase. So safe when you arrive late. Nice breakfast and nice personnel but be aware that they do not speak English.”

Guest house Fotinov is a family run property situated just a few steps from the city center.Every guest is welcomed with a personal touch from the family and staff.We are ready to assist you with your needs and quiries during your stay in Burgas.
My name is Darina Georgieva ,the Guest house owner and manager.I like books and reading and that is why I have made a little library in the property common area.My husband loves fishing a lot.We have two daughters ,a university student and a teenage girl.They love music and shopping of course.
Just a few steps from the property is the city center main street with lots of restaurants ,bakeries and shops .The sea front is 10 minutes walk.The sea garden is beautiful during every season .Guests and the locals love going for walks in there ,enjoying the sea and nature around.
