Our spacious renovated corner flat (125m²) on the 2nd floor right in the centre of Koksijde/Coxyde offers a beautiful sea view. Private garage included. It is a very spacious, light and airy flat with large windows (all double glazed). It offers you all the luxury and necessities you need at home. Think of 2 digital TVs, music surround system, wine frig, washing machine, dryer, jacuzzi, gas fireplace, alarm system, intercom, dimmable lights, air conditioning,... It includes 3 large bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms of which 1 with jacuzzi and 1 with walk-in shower. 2 toilets, 4 washing elements and can accommodate 8 people. The living room is very spacious and has a dining table for 8 people and as many seats in the leather lounge. The living room offers a direct view of our North Sea. The modern kitchen has a built-in oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, wine fridge, coffee maker, kettle, ... In short, equipped with all the luxury. There are 3 terraces. 1 to the living room, 1 to the kitchen and a 3rd to one of the bedrooms.
The flat with sea view is located at 50 meter from the beach and in the centre of Koksijde-Bad.
