Het centraal gelegen huis ligt op 150 meter van de hoofdstraat die leidt naar de Markt met belfort en Burg. Musea, bars, restaurants en het station ( 8 min.) zijn op wandelafstand. Op het Zand vindt u het Concertgebouw (150 meter) en talrijke resto's en bars. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis om Brugge te verkennen, rustig gelegen en toch centraal. Parkings op 150 meter. En het BMCC ligt om de hoek, ideaal voor congressgangers.
U logeert rechtover het Benedictijnenklooster waarvan de tuinen te bezichtigen zijn. De belangrijkste musea en topics liggen op 10 minuten wandelen: Groeningemuseum, Olv- Kerk, begijnhof , Belfort, Burg met bloedkapel, Chocomuseum, enz. Restaurants vindt u op 100 met van het huis op het Zand waar ook het Concertgebouw is. En op 2 min bent u op de vesten die Brugge omringen en een mooie wandeling is.
