Housekeeping Policies:

The Accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. All units are provided with bed, bath, and kitchen linens, basic household products such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bar soap will be provided.

Additionally, for stays more than nine (9) nights, we will give a mid-week refresh with replacement of linen and towels and repeat this again if necessary depending on the total amounts of nights rented.

Extra housekeeping services are available with a fee and the costs are provided at the Reception.

Additional Charges for excessive cleaning upon departure (i.e. upholstery, mattresses or rug shampooing, etc.).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
