A fresh and bright coastal villa, just across from Quindalup beach! Surrounded by peppermint trees, this beach villa has a relaxed holiday vibe that kicks off at the front door. Set in landscaped gardens, this holiday home is one of a small group of villas. It has everything you'll need for some downtime and the beautiful white sandy beach is just across the road. Double height ceilings in the open plan dining and kitchen area allows the sunlight to stream in. This area flows onto the neat alfresco and lawn area out the front. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one King bedroom and a Twin bedroom (ideal for children) plus a shared bathroom and separate laundry. Upstairs is the contemporary styled living area with a sheltered north-facing balcony, a fantastic spot to read a book or have an afternoon snooze. The master King bedroom is also on this level, with a spa bath in the ensuite. Enjoy the simple life at this Whitesands Beach Villa. Stroll, swim and kayak at Quindalup beach; cycle along the coastal path towards Toby's Inlet or into town; sail at the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club; or just relax. At Whitesands Beach Villa 4 guests are close to all that Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Meelup and Bunker Bay along Cape Naturaliste have to offer with stunning coves and beaches.
