Lovely studio apartment / guest house with separate, private and secure entrance. Enjoy a beautiful ensuite shower bathroom and a kitchenette with combo oven/microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge, induction hot plate and all cutlery and crockery. The king size bed can be separated into two long singles. All bed linen and towels are provided. Access from French doors to private courtyard with outdoor seating, fire pit and gas barbecue.
Quiet cul de sac in residential area. Street parking available. 9 minute walk to seaside park with bbq facilities. 12 minute walk to shops including bakery cafe, bottle shop and grocery store.
