Full amenities very clean home. Personal hygiene must be maintained regularly during your stay and general cleanliness. This is an old family home built in the late 70's. When booking the family lounge room it is entirely yours. There is no need for anyone to be in there as I do not use this open area. It is not a private room there are no doors. SHARED Bathroom FREE kitchen essentials provided (tea, coffee, milk, bread). Meal and transportation options are available on request for an additional fee. FREE FAST NBN WIFI. Smart HDTV with KAYO Sports. FREE laundry facilities. Split system reverse cycle Air-conditioner that controls the entire home. If you are traveling from overseas please ensure you leave an Australian contact number as I will call to confirm the booking once it is made.
I am the owner of this property and it is my pleasure to open my short term accommodation rooms in my private residential house that I also live in. There are 2 rooms options based on availability with a separate price per night. There may be other guests in the house during your stay depending on which room is occupied and for how many people. Usually only one room is booked on any given day. The maximum reservation for the family lounge room is 3 nights and the private room is 10 nights please check. I enjoy meeting new guests from all over the world and welcoming them in my house. I speak 2 languages am a car enthusiast enjoy sports and online gaming. Very quiet street little noise all day and night. Very peaceful place with garden views front and back. Enjoy the luxury of staying in a private home rather than a dodgy hotel or unsafe share house. Also if you are reading this you have done better than 90% of most guests. ALWAYS read property information before making your booking. 45 minute drive to Sydney CBD. 35 minute drive to Sydney airport. Please include your check-in time in the booking confirmation.
