Die Wohnung hat 78m2 und ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen, sehr hellen Wohnbereich und einem Bad und seperatem Klo ausgestattet. Der Holzofen ist ideal für gemütliche Abende und der TV ist mit einem Netflix Zugang eingerichtet

Absolut zentral gelegen ca. 2min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Ohlsdorf. Bäcker, Kirchenwirt, Sportgeschäft, Friseur,..... Gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn A1 (ca. 4min). ca. 5,7km nach Gmunden und zum Traunsee.
