Dit 3-sterrenhotel in Bad Kleinkirchheim ligt direct naast het thermale bad St. Kathrein en op slechts 250 meter van de kabelbaan Maibrunnbahn. Het is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor motor- en fietstochten in de regio's Nockberge en Kärntner Seenland. Het is geheel rookvrij en biedt gratis WiFi. De kamers kijken uit op de Nockberge en de tuin, en beschikken over kabel-tv, een zithoek en een badkamer (we hebben nog steeds kleine badkamers in onze kamers!) met haardroger. Een tuinsauna, een stoombad, een zachte sauna en 2 infraroodcabines zijn in de zomer alleen beschikbaar tegen een toeslag en op voorafgaand verzoek. Das Sonnenheim biedt ook een skiopslag. Bij de accommodatie kunnen fietstochten worden geregeld. Er is gratis privéparkeergelegenheid en de skibus stopt op 150 meter afstand. De golfbaan Kaiserburg ligt op 3 km afstand.
