I am a friend of mountains and tourism expert, as well as lover of antique houses and collectors of antiques. I like to travel a lot - especially to get to know the diverse culture and history of foreign countries. I therefore place the highest demands on a holiday apartment, that is exactly what I have implemented in my houses and apartments.

"Skyflats Vienna" offer four phantastic Panorama Suites, Business Apartments and Holiday Homes in one, fully furnished and serviced. You get luxury flats for high-end living on Top of Vienna (10TH AND 11th floor, 4 x 100 m2) and in the City Center. From here you have the best view over the city of Vienna. The new Skyflats underscore the special frequency situation at the western belt (Westgürtel) in Vienna as well, architecturally, up-to-date and thus accentuates the urban development of the building. The location at the metro U6 and its perfect connection to the city's cycle route makes the location ideal for exploring the city, for cultural and business travelers as well as for longer study or business stays. Own car parking spaces on the ground floor complete the special residential offer.

Neighbourhood information

At your feet you find the new scene district around Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz, the former suburbs of Ottaking (1160) and Hernals (1170) with their rich vegetable & meat markets and the old-fashioned Josefstadt (1080) with various offers, theaters, galleries, café, restaurants, supermarket and Shopping at your doorstep. Due to the direct connection to the subway network (U6 Josefstaedter Strasse) and to important Viennese tram lines (lines 2, 5 and 33), this location offers an enormous proximity to the city (10 minutes to St. Stephen's Cathedral) and easy access to nearby recreation areas in the vineyards and the Danube.
