Property info

First there was a holiday in Austria - in Carinthia. Then thinking how to become part of the local culture. Next step we bought our apartment (Gerlitzen Apartment, booking score 8.8) and then in 3 years this beautiful house Our house is located in the town of Bodensdorf. The Haus is located near the main road. Becouse of the Haus is separated from the main road by several houses, there is no road traffic at all. A few minutes of quiet walk are within reach of all important places - beach, boat platform, 2 supermarkets, train station, bike rental, restaurants, pharmacy and more. Bodensdorf is an ideal place for summer and winter holidays. Lake Osiašsa and the Gerlitzen mountain are the perfect combination for your active but also passive holiday. We are partners of the Villach region. We offer Erlebniscard of Region Villach for free. Between May and October is Price inclusive Kaernten Card for all guests

Neighborhood info

Lake Ossiach and Gerlizen. Active holidays and just lounging. Lake Osias is only about 5 minutes walk from our apartment. The journey to Gerlitzen then begins near our apartment. The cable car is about 5 minutes away by car.
