The size of our Apartment is 60 sqm and has a separate entrance in the garden area. The apartment is barrier-free and is comfortable for four persons. The “Gutschehof” is in the center of Obervellach in a sunny and quiet surrounding.

Our house is a 400 years old farmstead. We bought it in 1994. It is restored and modernized in a sensitive way.
