The apartment house with balcony and sun terrace is located in the immediate vicinity of the town and the lift with a view of the surrounding mountains and the World Cup ski slope. The ski bus and post bus stop is right in front of the house. Many restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. A park with a children's playground is located directly behind the house, opposite a river (Enns). Hiking trails and a cross-country ski trail are in the immediate vicinity. There are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house. The access is at ground level and very easy to drive on even in winter. A ski cellar with heated boot dryer, an infrared sauna and a games room with table football are available.
One pet (dog) is permitted for an additional charge.
Laundry washing and drying can be done for a small fee.
