The holiday home is in an area where guests can enjoy activities such as skiing, cycling and a variety of hiking opportunities. The cozy house is on the way and invites you to stop. In winter, the Stuhleck family ski areas are ideal for beginners and those returning to skiing. The 4-seater chairlift "Promibahn" and ski runs are opposite the house. All public facilities can also be reached on foot. NOTE: Please note that when booking less than 7 people, only rooms for the number of people booked will be made available. The other rooms are locked during the entire stay. Pets are not allowed in this holiday home! Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted anywhere in the property!

A neighboring house is on the left side, about 70m away. The car park and the Stuhleck-Promibahn ski lift are on the right-hand side. Please note that the Stuhleck parking spaces are only intended for lift guests. A fine may apply for parking outside of lift operations. Car charging stations are located in the Sthuleck-Promiban car park or in town.
