Property information

We are located in the heart of Rosario, on a pedestrian street, surrounded by galleries and commercial shops. We are an Apartments Building, not a Hotel; therefore we do not have a Front Desk. It is compulsory to inform approximate check-in time. Check-in: from 1pm (Upon availability from 11am) to 8pm. Check-out: until 10am (Upon availability until 12pm). Late Check-Out Option upon availability by half daily rate price. Between 8pm and 8am, both check-in & check-out have an additional cost of ARS 100. The apartments include sheets and towels. Change of towels are provided for stays longer than 3 days and change of sheets for stays longer than 7 days. Price does not include daily cleaning service nor breakfast.
