Welcome to our centrally located one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Luanda! Just a 2-minute walk from Luanda Bay, the Marginal, Fortaleza, Estádio dos Coqueiros, museums, and local restaurants — it’s the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very old colonial-era building (no elevator). While the stairwell shows its age, the inside of the apartment is clean, cozy, and carefully prepared for your comfort. 🛏️ A large,King comfy bed, 📶 Fast Wi-Fi, 🔐 Electric security lock at building entrance, 🌳 View of city life and nature from the balcony. Please note: the building is very quiet and one of the neighbors below is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask guests to keep noise low, especially after 6 PM. Whether you’re here for work or tourism, you’ll enjoy the safe location, close to everything — with a police station next to the building for extra peace of mind. We look forward to hosting you!

Our apartment is located in Coqueiros, right in the heart of Luanda city. It’s a central, lively area with easy access to some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. You’ll be just a 2-minute walk to Luanda Bay, the Marginal, and Fortaleza de São Miguel, as well as several popular museums and local restaurants. The neighborhood is very walkable, with mini markets, pharmacies, and bakeries nearby. While the building itself is older, the location is truly unbeatable — perfect for exploring the historic and cultural side of Luanda on foot. The area is safe and peaceful, and there’s a police station located right next to the building for added security. Whether you’re here for tourism or work, this neighborhood offers a great local experience and easy access to everything.
