I passionately love my city and welcome everyone who is coming here to discover it. Will share some unique stories and legends from my grandparents about the area and the city. Welcome to our "Tatents Toon" meaning "Grandma's house" in Armenian.

Property information

We are a Guest house with 4 studio-apartments - each with a double bed and a single bed for 3 people. Each studio apartment is fully equipped with its own bathroom, full kitchen with stove and kitchenware, fridge, and washing machine. There is a laundry dryer and ironing facilities in the Guesthouse. We try our best to ensure the maximum comfort for our guests and we try to accommodate all the specific requests and needs of our guests. This earned us the honorable award from booking com "Travellers Review Choice 2024", of which we are very proud.

Neighbourhood information

The Guest house is located in the historical center of Gyumri, in the district "Slabodka". It takes a 5-8 minute walk to the city's most visited historical sites like "Varem-marem" Balcony, "Plplan Zham" orthodox church, "Ozhiti shenq" (dowry building), Amenaprkitch (All Saviors) church, Gyumri central square "Vardanants" and city park "Gorki". The other iconic sites are just a 10-15 min walk away, like the Mother of Armenia monument, Abovyan historic street, the house-museums of famous Gyumretsis Authors and Artists, the museum of City lifestyle, all the main churches of the city, as well as the central bust station (10 min) and train station (20 min).
