Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of overseeing the operations of various bars and restaurants, and I even had the pleasure of owning my own restaurant/cafe for a fruitful period of time. My passion lies in the culinary arts, and I take immense joy in crafting inviting and cozy spaces for my esteemed patrons. Recently, I reopened my own restaurant at the bazaar of Gjirokaster, where I continue to share my love for cooking with the community.
