Our apartments are grouped under three main typologies : studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments and they are designed and organized to provide maximum comfort for a short and long-term rental. Our focus is providing a home away from home for our guests, establishing a mutual relationship of trust and understanding. We provide all the necessary facilities for our international guests to work comfortably from our apartment, by providing fast and reliable internet as well as client service. /!\ We have taken steps to promote sustainability and environmental by reducing food waste and plastic waste by eliminating single-use items single-use items like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and others. /!\ Please note that while the accommodations listed on our platform are not located within the same building, they are all part of the same residential area. This ensures that regardless of the unit you choose, you'll enjoy the same tranquil environment and convenient access to local amenities. GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY : The keys are available at a reception on-site. Reception Hours : June – August: 09:00 – 21:00 September – May: 09:00 – 19:00 After reception closes, self check-in is available under specific conditions. REGISTRATION : Valid government-issued ID or passport is required for all guests at check-in. *Only registered guests are allowed access to the apartment. PAYMENT : We offer several convenient payment options on-site for your stay: • Cash (ALL or EUR) • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) *Kindly be informed that we do not adjust prices according to daily exchange rates. Instead, we operate with fixed prices in both EURO and LEK currencies.
