Very nice staff Oatman always pays attention to the guests. Manager Farid is kind too, and he gave me good price for excursion. I booked 3 days Merzouga tour from this hostel. Cleaning lady Saadia cleans hostel very good. Everywhere clean here. I like traditional breakfast which is every day different menu. So if you stay long, you can enjoy breakfast every day. The best part is the terrace, where I relaxed with the comfortable sofas and the nice view.

Youssef was the best host I have met in the 5 months I have traveled so far. He is generous, knowledgeable, kind, sincere, helpful, caring, and so engaging to have a conversation with… He helped with attractions reservations; he advised about where to go, what to see, what to look out for. I could go on and on. On the day I was leaving, he insisted on carrying my luggage all the way to where I needed to go. The hostel was clean and once inside, the hustle and bustle of lively Marrakesh was left behind. I slept like a baby! Breakfast was plentiful, and Youssef made the best coffee. The meeting point for transportation in the Medina (the old city) was less than 3 minute walk away.

The hostel is gorgeous and has an amazing rooftop, furthermore the hostel is runned by the sweetest people who can make the best tea and breakfast(: but more importantly are kind and make you feel at home. The host, Abdulah, was exceptionally kind and would go that extra mile to make you feel at home and help you in any possible way. He arranged for trips, gave me various very useful information and tips how to get around in Morocco, he woke up with me at 4am (III) to help me get a taxi and made sure I was safe and well. I am truly grateful for all his help and for finding this safe and wonderful place in Marrakech. The riad hostel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, super well located. One of the best hostels I had in my trip anywhere in Morocco. The staff is very accommodating to various needs and wishes, and very friendly. The roof terrace is a gem of peace in the midst of chaotic Marrakech. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and the trips they organise.
