Breakfast everyday was different and so delicious! He took me on a tour to the tea factory, an artist studio, a village, and an Ayuverdic spa. He ended our tour with a treat (baked goods and homemade biryani) when I finished my massage. He also offered to give a tour of the Buddhist temples. This hostel is extremely close to the train station and easy to access Royal Botanical Garden by bus. Even the complimentary soap here smells amazing. I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel and I've made a wonderful lifelong friend. I would recommend for solo travellers especially because of the delicious free breakfast and the activities that the host has planned.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It’s in a peaceful location but still close enough to explore the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Had their breakfast burrito twice and think it was one of the tastier things I had in Kandy. They're more of an upscale hostel, so the rooms are clean and well-designed. A little pricier, but certainly worth it if you're wanting a slightly more comfortable dorm experience! Location is good, about a 15 minute walk into the town alongside the lake and about 5 minutes from one of the performance centers for the Kandy traditional fire-dance experiences.
