Guest rooms at the hostel are equipped with a shared bathroom and bed linen. Our stay was fantastic. The owner was very friendly and looked after us like we were family. She had good advice about navigating the city. The bunks are spacious and provide a good amount of privacy (real blankets)! Each bed is assigned a good sized locker (my 45L bag fit comfortably inside) and you are provided with a lock and key at check in. The bathrooms and common areas are well kept and clean. All the appliances work (AC, Fans and Water Heaters)! Breakfast is served with fresh bread and fruit as well as good coffee. Beers and mixed drinks are served in the evenings with a more relaxed friendly atmosphere. This is the place to stay if you enjoy good conversation, excellent service, and a great nights rest before the next leg of your travels.

At the accommodation, all rooms are fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The food was excellent, and this is a well run family business. I highly recommend the Wooden Tree Hotel.

The staff are lovely, the place is spotlessly clean and very well kept. The beds are very private (curtains around each individual bed) and the blankets are soft. Shampoo and soap is provided in the modern, clean bathrooms. AC keeps the whole building very cool. Location is fantastic - very central and close to the river :) Price is unbeatable. The staff here communicated with me and helped me out when I had some confusion with my booking, and I’m incredibly grateful.
