Malacuna Birmingham offers secure rooms with private bathrooms, as well as beds in shared dormitories. Light and stylish, each private room is individually decorated. Elsa, the receptionist, was very kind and professional. She provides guests with an outstanding service. The location was great - approx. 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room is very nice, the lockers are huge, very safe and just above your bed. There's plugs for phones and reading lamps - ALL OF THEM WORKING PROPERLY. The bed was ready when I got there and they provided me with a towel too. I loved all the facilities and decorations. The luggage storage service is great [really safe] and FREE OF CHARGE. They really provide you with everything you need. My experience with Selina was great - I think they are excellent at what they do.

At the hostel, every room is fitted with a wardrobe. The rooms have a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box, while selected rooms also boast a terrace and some have garden views. All rooms will provide guests with a desk and a kettle. it was very clean and modern such a nice place
