Provided excellent advice on our self guided Cócora hike (start at the blue gate. Better on the knees) and coffee tour. Take a picture of the hike map on their wall. It is better than the one at the site. We helped several lost people along the way who were thankful when we shared ‘the map’ with them. Breakfast was excellent and fast. Comfortable beds and hot shower.

The owner and staff are mostly French, so it’s somewhat different than Colombian places, but in a good way 😁 The food is pretty good, not gourmet but satisfying and you can see that they try hard to make everyone feel welcome and satisfied. Dimitry, the owner, is funny and cute. I wish we could stay longer because this place empties your worrying mind and fills your heart with happiness.

It's just like been in your granny's house. The warm of the host and all the little details were a fantastic plus to our stay. Beautiful garden and very clean rooms. Even that the bathroom its outside the room, it is private just for yourself. The breakfast worth the money, and for me this is the best cost/benefit place to stay. They offer you even free coffee and ice cream. Comfy beds, hot water in the shower and lots of beautiful birds to see while you take the breakfast. The location es perfect if you have your own transport to visit the coffee region

Casa Mochila ligt in Salento, op 44 km van Ukumari Zoo, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een bar. The service was incredible. The owner was right on top of everything we needed. The food was spectacular, both dinner and breakfast. The laundry service is extra but very worth it considering it's not a lot. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, the bead was comfortable, and having the outlets right by the bedside was amazing.

Hostal Familiar Jerico in Salento ligt op 26 km afstand van Santa Rosa de Cabal. Deze accommodatie beschikt over gratis WiFi. Great hostel, really comfortable beds, wonderful host Marta gave us loads of advice and suggestions on how to enjoy Salento. The coffee, fruit and bread for breakfast was a lovely addition and the atmosphere was great. Good location with a really fun place to play Tejo next door & incredible Venezuelan restaurant down the road! Would really recommend staying!
