They helped me with organizing transportation, gave recommendations about the activities in and around the town, arranged a laundry service for me. They also went the extra mile to send an item I had forgotten at the hotel in different location in Colombia. Overall, I had a great time in this place at a perfect location in Salento.

On arrival Valentina gave us a list of activities that can be done in the area, advice on bus times and any other general help we needed. Place was spotless, located at the square in Salento and great value for money.

At the hostel, every room includes a wardrobe. Everything at Tukawa was spot on. The staff were not only very nice, but also very professional. The views are breathtaking and the activities they offer are much better than what you would get in the area, as they are more authentic and less touristy. The place is very clean and the food quite tasty. When I was there they had three options for breakfast, so definitely more varied than in other places in the area.

The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Very cozy and quiet place. Beautiful surroundings. The kind hostest made it feel like home. There is a short trail to a waterfall and a trail where you can see a view.
