The accommodation offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. First of all I would like to say a big thank you to all staff members involved in running this hostel. It was a great first place to stay for my first time visiting China. The staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaners keep the place tidy, there are plenty of sitting areas such as the bar on the first floor and the lounge on second floor for relaxing and socializing as well as playing games like pool. I would recommend this place to all travellers, the price is fair, location is convenient, friendly and helpful staff, and an overall feeling of comfort.

Highly recommended by the Lonely Planet Guidebook, Teddy Bear Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mount Emei Scenic Area. It houses a teddy bear themed Café and accommodation with free internet access.

Teddy Bear Hotel is beside Baoguo Bus Station, a 10-minute walk from the famous Baoguo Temple of Mount Emei and 6.5 km from Emei Town. Chengdu Emei Railway station is 10 km away. Very nice hotel, close to the Baugò Temple and the bus station where you can take bused to go to different points of the Emei Shan hiking route. The couple that run the hostel are nice and helpful, with plenty of advise to visit the place.

All units in the hostel are equipped with a kettle. Extraordinary host, speaking English, very helpful and accomodating. Great food and atmosphere.

The ground floor bar is inviting and you can fill your water, take advantage of their happy hour and morning coffees. We weren’t there at the right time for any of the activities they host but it’s great to see that you can opt into group settings. They can help you with booking tours and excursions. The room is larger than the photos and we had a really comfortable stay. We liked that we could walk to many popular metro stations and close to some popular restaurants like MingTing.
