Enya, the owner, was really helpful especially regarding my trip to Alishan and would message back very quickly! The room and bathroom was really clean. Everything was thought about including aircon and a fan in the room, tea, coffee and even complimentary skin facemasks. The property wasn’t noisy and I liked the location.

Cozy place, warm big bed and super clean place. Location is very central, ~3mins walk from Chiayi train station. Fina was really friendly and helpful, she gave us a whole heaps of useful info and even looked up train timetable for us. We were super happy about our stay. Highly recommended.

I like the friendly staff manning the counter , the roof top common area, & the washing machine & dryer machine ! Most importantly the shower was excellent as they use good quality shower facilities! The curtains surrounding the bed provide excellent privacy as I was staying in a 4 bedder room.

Very close to the train station and there is a Youbike station nearby, so you can easily explore Chiayi by bike. Their is no elevator in the hostel, so try to avoid bringing heavy and big luggage. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hostel beds are great, you won't even feel like you're staying in a hostel. Bathrooms are absolutely spotless, the staff is super friendly. Excellent stay at this hotel , room really modern clean and comfortable, good hot shower , kitchen eating area with fridge and hot and cold drinking water , free soft drinks in fridge , close to train and bus station only 10 - 15 mins … really nice staffs … highly recommended a stay here!
