Very friendly staff who remembered your name and asked about peoples trips. With local recommendation’s and always a smile. Very clean they are always cleaning. Right in the center and 2 minutes from ferry and 1 from back beach. It’s quiet here since the clubbing bars are down the beach more, loved that. Great little patio outside to eat talk to friends and relax. Loved my stay here. Oh and they have laundry service for cheap.

The view is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They really did their best so we could have a comfortable stay. They really pay attention to details and provide all amenities that you could need, including snacks, flip flops for the bathroom, beach towels and so on. The beds were comfy and everything was super clean.

Location was excellent on the island! Great value for money! The lady who checked everyone in was honestly the sweetest, kindest, happiest person ever she was great. There was even complimentary fruit, water and some snacks which was a lovely touch.

I was only planning to stay one night, but ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much! The hostel has an excellent location — close to everything you need on Phi Phi. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The small breakfast they provide is a nice bonus! I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Phi Phi!

The hostel’s location really makes the most of its surroundings. The common space was perfect for socializing or just relaxing. It was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable seating, plenty of natural light, and a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged interaction. I met some great fellow travelers here, and it felt like a real community. The staff is friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to ensure guests felt comfortable and at home. You get a nice complementary breakfast. They have a pool which shall be functional soon and shall take the place to another level.

This place is an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Phi Phi! I was blown away by how amazing it is. The hostel is super clean, the beds are comfy, and I slept like a baby. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. They’ve got everything you need—well-maintained facilities, snacks and drinks, free breakfast sandwiches, and even tours and transport options—all at a great price. And the view? Just wow. The name says it all, Sweet Dee Hostel has a breathtaking view that I’ll always associate with Phi Phi. Sharing two pics: one from the chill area and another showing the path to the hostel. Trust me, this place is a true hidden gem!

This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at, I stayed two nights and on the third night I was entirely stuck for a place to stay and the amazing staff let me stay downstairs. They were so hospitable throughout my whole stay, they couldn’t have been any better as hosts!!
