The personal service was above and beyond. Including booking tours, arranging transportation, recommending restaurants, etc. So much attention and care. Room was comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was complete and well prepared.

It's a very comfortable hotel/hostel, with a really nice natural aestethics. Location was really good, walking distance to everywhere you need. The owner Javier is an amazing guy, always there and extremely helpful. He gave us hints on the best cenotes, which were amazing and completely off the touristic track. Excelent value for money for the private room. We will deffinitelly stay there again when in Valladolid. As a bonus, there is an awesome restaurant in front of it (Oaxaca). And dont forget to go to Doña Tere too.

the property is extremely cozy and nice. There is a long nice garden with seating and hammocks as well. A really nice breakfast is included in the stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. they also rent bikes!

Honestly can't believe how much nicer and more comfortable this Che is compared to the one in Playa del Carmen. The music isn't too loud to sleep because there's distance and thick walls. The pool is great and there's a spa. The beds are super comfortable and there was a great social environment here.

Awesome staff, helped me rent a scooter, gave all the info and recommendations I needed. I locked in by bag in the dorm locker and lost my key, they had to break the locker and actually charged me nothing for my stupidity! Pool is cozy and clean, kitchen facilities are simple but sufficient. Great to meet other traveller to plan and do things together! Awesome hostel!

It is one of the best hostel in my traveling around Mexico. The room is divided into two rooms so it looks like a private, the shower and toilet is inside the room so only for four people. The shower is hot, Breakfast is included and every day is different. If you need to start early the staff cooks breakfast for you earlier. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything that you need. All common places are very clean and cosy. The Wi-Fi is very good at the reception. Quiet place and location is good - not far from the main square
