Location was great. It’s a 30-40 minute walk to town along the railway tracks, but it’s so nice being out in nature. The staff were lovely, and there was everything you needed in the area. Food at the hostel, and many restaurants and cafes along the railway track to town. The start of Ella rock hike is right next to the property as well.

My friend and me had an amazing stay at this hostel! It was clean and had a cozy, authentic vibe that made us feel right at home. The location, nestled in the jungle rather than the city center, was a perfect escape into nature. Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak were both nearby, and the city center was just a scenic 35-minute walk away. What truly made this place special was the host—super friendly and always willing to pick us up or drive us to different spots for a very fair price. The hospitality was unmatched! On top of that the food was truly delicious, plus homemade! Since the hostel is surrounded by nature, you also get to see (eventually) and hear various animals, which adds to the unique experience. Given the quality, atmosphere, and service, the value for the price is absolutely unbeatable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay!
