Super clean and quiet, comfortable beds (4-bed female dorm), privacy curtains. Good attention to detail, hair dryer and even straightener provided. Good location, close to ancient tomb district/park and observatory. Simple breakfast of toast, jam, eggs, some fruit/pastry, cereal and coffee.

We had the most wonderful stay at Gyeongju BonghwangMansion. We were greeted very friendly from the second we entered. In the morning, we joined the rest of the guests to have the kind owner serve us a great breakfast. The owner also had a chat with each of the guests, asking where they are from and helping with any questions related to Korea. The employees also went well and above to help us as much as they can. You can sense they did it from genuine kindness, and not just as part of their job. The hotel is located in a central part of Gyeongju, and all of the most important sights can be visited by foot or by bus to the temples. There is an amazing view from the kitchen, as you can have breakfast and gaze directly at the secret relics of the past. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Gyeongju, as well as putting Gyeongju in your itinerary when visiting Korea.

This is the best hostel I've ever had. The staff, owner and people who is also staying are really awesome! Best location to go around, very accessible to public transporation, nearby markets, restaurants and convenience store. There is no need to go to the club, you can get along with people downstairs for free, and even karaoke is free, games, watching. No need to think twice, just book here. Will surely stay here. The guy from the reception even helped us with our laundry and put it in the dryer for us, because we had to leave and had no time. Overall very welcoming guy <3. The hotel was also good with good equipment and a basic breakfast with orange juice, coffee and toast.

The twin room was perfectly sized with a lovely en suite bathroom. The self service egg and toast breakfast was also perfect.
