BelgiumI spent 4 nights in Popotel Three. It was very nice, comfortable and very clean. The owner is very friendly and make you feel like home. Communication before arrival was perfect. Clear instructions to find the house. I highly recommend this place if you want to explore Matsumoto and surroundings (10-15 min max from the train station).
I would just add a small lamp next to the bed in Room A 😁
