The location is really hard to find first time. The hotel sends a really good and clean notification so use it. If you want to get some hot water or tea after midnight it is possible and free of charge. Also at the main hall, you find an automat with coffee water and some snacks and you can pay with a credit card. Near you can find a brilliant pub with local Italian beer (surprise). good location 10 minutes walk to S. Marculo Vaporetto station. Clean place, good for a few daily stays. Free of charge luggage room open till 20:00 -Remember That! really comfortable was a small wardrobe with locked and your own key.

I loved the view! You wake up looking at the water chanel with boats, seagles, the other side of the island with churches, it's like a dream come true! And also the map helped me a lot!
