Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I arrived in the middle of the night, apparently the desk is always staffed, i was able to get something small to eat even at this time of the day. Room was clean, bathroom as well.

Very impressed with the staff. Went out of her way to provide a early breakfast. The breakfast itself was impressive . We would stay there again , we will stay there again if we return to Milan.
