The accommodation was perfect and exceeded expectations in every sense. I liked most the functionality of the appartment in the situation of limited resources. I enjoyed the superb location. Also clean facilities were a plus. Even though this hostel locates in the city center, it was pretty quiet and peaceful to stay there, as there was no heavy traffic nearby. I didn't meet any of the staff during the stay, all was just very smoothly organized - like magic fairies :) Also, while Finland is a 'coffee-country', the hostel provided visitors with not only coffee, but also with water kettle and good tea - I really appreciate it!

The staff were polite helpful and friendly. I got detailed instructions to get to a location. Lockers available for each guest. The mattress was comfortable and the sheets were cotton. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of public space for guests to hang out. Overall cleanliness. If the kitchen was sometimes messy, that's the guests doing. It is located right by the traditional wooden houses and you could walk or take a short bus ride to the downtown harbour area. Luggage storage available. Basically it was well organised and managed.

We slept there for 3 nights and are really satisfied with our stay. The location was good and it was easy to find the place. The staff was friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions within minutes. The room and space in general was clean and quiet, bathrooms are spacious and clean, great option for this price :)
