When we arrived, the staff told us that they had some issue with water system and do not have hot water that evening. They said we can cancel for free or they will offer the room with 50% discount. The staff kindly handled the situation and we decided to stay. Room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. We had a good rest.

Such a great vibe! The staff/owners were super friendly and made me feel at home right away. It's one of those places where it's easy to meet people, but also chill if you want your own space. Would 100% stay again! Highly recommended.

I loved the sun room and balcony - spent the whole afternoon reading my book there. The host and the lady in the shop are so welcoming, and the hostel provides salts to soak your feet after walking, which is so very thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful pilgrim meal, too! Serving dishes with giant quantities of salad were so very welcome when we eat so much bread on Camino. Highly recommend this hostel. Excellent bocadillos and smoothies in the shop, too.

Staff very helpful and gave great recommendations as to where to go and eat. Bed very comfortable with plenty of room for me at 182 cm tall. Each bed got two lockers, and there was a third smaller locker on the wall by the bed where you could lock your phone and wallet away.

A great place to stay while walking the Camino. We got the private room with the terrace which was a nice splurge. Shared bathrooms were fine and in June it wasn't too crowded. Wifi worked fine in the room. Kitchen seemed well stocked if you wanted to cook a little.

The albergue has a glamping style and offers incredible value for the price. It feels more like a nice hotel, even though it’s a dorm. All facilities are spotless and cotton sheets and a towel are included. A great choice in Puente la Reina!
