Frankly, the service is five-star and all the staff are excellent.

The room was very clean. There were Egyptian murals on the entire wall. The bed was clean and nice. They provided bath towels and towels for free. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop was spectacular. The staff were very kind and it was a wonderful place.

After eight years of traveling as a nomad and staying in hundreds of hostels, hotels, and Airbnbs across 35 countries, including multiple visits to Egypt, I can confidently say this apartment stands out as exceptional, especially by local standards. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious, and truly feels like a home away from home, whether you choose a dorm or a private room. The location is remarkable, offering not only views of the Pyramids but also the possibility to walk there directly from the accommodation. Marwa , the manager, deserves special recognition. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and impressively available around the clock, ensuring that every request was handled promptly and with care. Her warm hospitality made the entire stay even more comfortable. The common area was perfect for working online or simply relaxing with a cup of tea—it felt almost like sitting in a cozy café. Natural light filled the space thanks to a large glass door, and the Bluetooth sound system was a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was large and modern, featuring a bathtub with bubbles, comparable to a jacuzzi, alongside a clean Western-standard toilet and plentiful amenities. The kitchen was spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped, adding to the homely atmosphere. I also appreciated the warm presence of the friendly neighbor next door, who kindly provided access whenever needed as part of the property’s safety measures. The spacious layout, welcoming atmosphere, and high-quality TV all added to the overall comfort of my stay. This was such a positive experience that I already plan to return for a second stay soon. The hotel is very clean and hotel staff is very helpful

Beautiful location for viewing pyramids. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean and tidy. Mohammad made us feel welcome and gave great advice / recommendation and even waited for our 3am checkout. I can tell he runs the hotel wholeheartedly. Would definitely recommend

1. The new room. Everything is very new and comfortable. 2.. The view on rooftop amazing and convient to rooftop which is private and open 24hr 3. Breakfast is good. With salad, omellet... 4. Staffs are not just friendly but helpful. Helpful is so important here.

This is honestly one of the best staff compliments I have come across, from the reception to Mr Ali Baba on the rooftop. The hotel is in a prime location overlooking the pyramids and the rooms are great. A really good and relaxing experience.

If you are looking for good family with great heart, then come to this place. So much positive energy and a lot of friends. They will treat you like a family. They shared their food with me and treated me like a brother, showed me the best places around. When I left, I cried, because in this world, you wont find easily, so humble and good people. The view is great, the bathroom is nice, bedroom lovely. If you need anything, they are gonna help you. Near pyramids too, if you are going there.
