For us this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect air-con, a nice terrasse etc. It is located in the middle of the small town with everything available within a few minutes walk. Even the main beach of the island. However, we preferred to take a taxi to the amazing nearby Ao Cho beach which is a short taxi drive away (10 min). The taxi cost 30 Bath per person or 200 for the whole car, if you prefer to go straight away without waiting for the taxi to be full (with other people). For us this beach was heaven on earth with beautiful green water, white sand and a very chill atmosphere. Plus the sunbeds are free on this beach. On the main beach they cost 100 Bath per person. We really liked to stay in the town centre as the smaller and more beautiful beaches are very quiet in the evenings. With this apartment we could be in the centre at night time and very easily go to the perfect beach during the days. We highly recommend this place!

Spacious, individually and beautifully designed apartment, where great attention was paid to sustainability and environmental protection. The bed is super-comfortable! Also loved the outdoor kitchen. The owners were very friendly and great hosts. Beach, pier, restaurants and cafés - all within walking distance. A perfect end to my trip to Thailand!

We had a great time at Samed Big Tree, Tony's family has a contagious energy that floods your day with positivity, enriching your holiday. I really recommend to everyone if you are in Koh Samet, stay at Samed Big Tree.

This guest house features a daily housekeeping service for added convenience. We loved our stay at the Minnie Seaview resort. Rooms were larger than expected, access from the ferry was easy and everything we needed was at the resort, so we didn't need to stray too far. The view was incredible, and the staff (especially Minnie) made us feel very welcome. An easy trip/ time out from the busy-ness of Bangkok...

Each room has a balcony. Great location: close to the Main Street, 5 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, received the room clean. Facilities would be given once a day which included 1 toilet paper, towels, trash bag, and coffee. Staff doesn’t go in the room which felt secure. We rented mopeds for a good price from the staff and they were very helpful, really recommend getting them to experience the whole island in a day. The owner of the property was very sweet and available at all times, don’t forget to inform and call her about your arrival so her staff will be waiting for you and not the opposite way around.

Situated in Ko Samed, Samed Thanee features 1-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation offers a minimarket and a tour desk for guests. The lady who took care of us she's always smiling, she's just a very nice person. The older guy is always grumpy but I can see myself as him in a few years :) Even if they do not speak English, they were easy to communicate with.
