The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay with a big garden around the house, good facilities. Felt like a good home, stayed two days, but now I'm considering more. Staff is really helpful & friendly. Good place at the garden to watch the fireworks on New year's eve. Excellent stay in Ponta Delgada. Everything in walling distance, free parking.

We spent very little time at the property (literally only slept there), but absolutely no complaints - the room was huge, perfectly clean, great bathroom, they were flexible with check in and even offered to pack us a breakfast box because our flight was too early to take advantage of the buffet. Would definitely recoomend!

From the location, to the facilities, common kitchen, bathrooms and the room, to the hosts, everything went out so smoothly that we were able to enjoy a formidable time in the isle. The house is huge so we didn't mind other people staying there at the same time. The host was very hospitable and kind. He helped us call the taxi to the airport and let us leave our bags longer due to our evening flight.

Apartment is comfortable and has everything we needed, even separate fridge which is very helpful. I also like tropical shower, I just love it :) Very clean, a lot of towels, comfortable bed, separate bathroom, separate entrance. Highly recommended place. And location is very good for going around
