Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- ligt in Hakone, op 7,9 km van station Hakone-Yumoto, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. It was clean, safe and quiet. There is a kitchen so you can eat your meals at the guesthouse and don’t need to worry about finding food. They offer a shuttle to the nearest station and museum which was a great help as the guesthouse is a bit secluded in a quiet neighborhood. There are hiking trails nearby and would love to visit again and explore more of the area around the guesthouse.

Nikko Guesthouse Sumica is voorzien van kamers in Nikko, dicht bij station Tobu Nikko en Urushi Museum. Dit pension met 1 ster biedt gratis WiFi, een gedeelde keuken en een conciërgedienst. Location was very convenient and accessible, as I could easily walk from the station and bus stop under 5 minutes even with heavy luggage. Beds in the dorm were comfy and shower facilities were perfect. Probably my favourite part though was the people. Hosts Kimiko San and Suzuki San were very hospitable. They offered suggestions on the itinerary, as well as nearby onsens to try. My favourite part of the trip though was joining an English practice meetup at Picnikko, where I got to meet other Nikko locals. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and I had a lovely time:)

Kamakura no Nikki ligt in Kamakura, op 22 km van Yokohama Marine Tower en 31 km van Nissan Stadium. Host! really amazing person, we even got a nice present - Kamakuras cookie, room has all amenities and coffee you can find in the corridor

Guest House Ken-Ken heeft accommodatie met airconditioning in Hota. Er is een terras en je kunt er gebruik van maken gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Goede prijs, vriendelijke ontvangst. Het is wel een accomodatie waarvan de eigenaar er zelf woont: je bent dus echt te gast in zijn huis en voel je wel een beetje. Het is een zeer sympathieke man en hij gaat echt de extra mile voor zijn gasten dus dat is op zich niet erg als je dit weet op voorhand. Huis en kamer zeker in orde en goede prijs/kwaliteit. Gratis ritje gekregen naar de supermarkt even verderop voor ontbijtinkopen. Vlakbij Mount Nokogiri en vlakbij strand ook (wel niet geweest dus kwaliteit ervan ken ik niet). De eigenaar heeft bijna alle landen van de wereld bereisd.

BUNA KUSATSU Onsen Inn is gelegen op 47 km van Jigokudani Monkey Park en 15 km van Mt. Kusatsu Shirane, en biedt kamers in Kusatsu. It was my first time in Kusatsu and I am really happy that I chose the Buna Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. I love its modern side while still keeping a very traditional Japanese atmosphere. The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

COZY Inn Free Shuttle service is gelegen in Nikko, op 11 km van Treinstation Nikko, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. Hiro is a super host and will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. The house is very quite at night too.

Guesthouse Imaichi ゲストハウス今市マチナカ is gelegen op 7,7 km van Treinstation Nikko en 8,1 km van station Tobu Nikko, en biedt kamers met airconditioning en een gedeelde badkamer in Nikko. The bunk bed was extremely clean with a really comfy mattress. The host was polite and professional.

Ici Japon Village ligt in Tokyo, op 2 km van Shoganji Temple, en biedt gratis fietsen, rookvrije kamers, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een gedeelde lounge. This is a spacious and clean house designed in a semi-Japanese style, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern elements for a serene and harmonious living environment.

5min walk to Tokyo Skytree Sta -HANA ASAKUSA- ligt in Tokyo, op minder dan 1 km van Aizome Museum en 9 minuten lopen van Tsukada Kobo, en heeft gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. The owner was so kind and it was very comfortable. There were no disturbances and everything was handled so smoothly. Location was also at a good place.

Bell house heeft accommodatie met airconditioning in Tokyo, op 1,8 km van Kyodo Corty Shopping Mall, 1,7 km van Kibogaoka Park en 19 minuten lopen van Tsukayama Park. Cozy place to stay in. Nice host.
