It is located 44 km from Nagano Station and offers a shared kitchen. The property is non-smoking and is set 7.7 km from Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area. I loved staying at Ringoya. A lovely Guest House with very kind and welcoming hosts. The rooms are lovely Japanese rooms with tatami mats and futon mattresses, which I found very comfortable. The shared men's and women's toilets are close to the rooms and very clean. The shared kitchen and dining, lounge are is great too, allowing you the option to cook your own meals and catch up with others. There is a men's and women's public (shared) bath area. A lovely hot bath to relax in after the day. It is small, and while I was there I was the only one in it each time I used it, but could seem a little cosy if there were a few people using it at the same time. There is a private bathroom and shower too. The japanese breakfast and the evening resturant meal with their hand made soba is incredible. Absolutely loved staying there a day would definitely stay there next time e I'm in hakuba. Location is a 3 minute walk from the shuttle bus terminal in happo.

Hakuba Skala Inn has both Western rooms and Japanese rooms, which have traditional futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. All rooms are heated. The family running Skala are awesome and went so far out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable. When we come back to hakuba this will be our first choice. Can't recommend it enough.

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time! The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable with great facilities, including a storage area for all of our ski and snowboard gear. There’s also a bus station right down the street that takes you to Iwatake (which you can then transfer to another bus that takes you to every resort.) The best part were the owners — they were so kind and welcoming even though we did not speak Japanese. They cooked us breakfast and dinner and both were so delicious. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay😁

The air-conditioned accommodation is 43 km from Nagano Station. The accommodation offers free shuttle service and luggage storage space for guests. The property is beautiful and comfortable. It is a separate private cabin that is attached to the outside of the hosts' home, with your own private entrance, bedroom, kitchen, shower+tub, and toilet . The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views of the mountainside. You also get your own drying room with a separate heater, which is great for storing and drying ski gear each night. The location is perfect, it is a 1 minute walk away from a shuttle stop with free shuttles to Happo-One, Iwatake, Goryu, and 47. It is a 10-15 minute walk to central Echoland and restaurants. The hosts are great people. They are very kind and helpful. We were able to communicate easily through messaging and Google translate, and they were very responsive. They even offered to take us grocery shopping, got us seats at a good restaurant, and took us to the ski resort one morning. Their dog is cute too. They will make you feel welcome during your stay. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back!

Its location is just steps away from the ski lift and main transport stops (JamJam Bus, V2 Bus for the Hakuba shuttle). It’s also right across from a convenience store, with rental shops and everything else within walking distance! My room was on the first floor, which was even better since I didn’t have to carry all my luggage upstairs. The staff were nice and friendly, even though the host wasn’t fluent in English. My Hakuba trip was absolutely amazing!
