He was so helpful at all times. The room was spacious, overlooking the beach with a little private balcony to chill in and read in the evening. Beds were super comfortable. A/C was effective and very quiet. The homestay is at the heart of Cherai beach, walking distance to everything on offer. We opted to have breakfast every day - you could choose Indian or continental. We opted for Indian. Lovely home cooked chana masala and various curries and huge fruit platter and traditional breakfast items were enjoyed every morning, with an explanation from Sajeev about what we were eating. Excellent value for money. We also had dinner a couple of nights which was also good value and very filling. You will never be hungry at Sajeev's place. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The kindness of the hosts is amazing and I loved my stay here. I had the room with the balcony sea view - wonderful

One of the highlights was the location – it’s just a short distance from Cherai Beach. The hotel offered a great variety of dishes, including some delicious local Kerala specialties, which were a treat! Breakfast was a delight. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Blue Bird Homestay to anyone looking to enjoy Cherai Beach while staying in comfort and style. I can't wait to return!
