It's a very pretty and quaint place, perfect for relaxation. The courtyard is dominated by a pink peppercorn tree which is surrounded by blossomed plants and shrubs. Simba the cat lounges on the outdoor seating. Check out the photos (the room photo is from when I was leaving, it was much tidier when I arrived) The location is amazing! The La Marsa downtown and the TGM train station which connects to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, and Tunis is a 2 minute walk away. My room was fantastic, it had everything I needed. However, the doorway into the bathroom area was a bit small (for me as 189 cm tall guy) so if you're a big person, might be a bit tight but easily manageable. The bathroom and toilet areas are normal sized. Except for that nitpick, no other faults. Said and Fufu are fantastic hosts and made me feel like a part of the family throughout my stay. Said is a very fun and interesting person to talk to, I had some great conversations with him. Overall, a very kind-hearted couple! If you are a solo traveller and this is your first time in Tunisia (like it was for me) I would highly recommend this place. La Marsa is a safe neighbourhood and well connected to the nearby sites.

The authenticity of the place, the history of the House over centuries, the great taste for high end decoration, the calm, the staff was highly professional, the location is inspiring. In the middle of the old town, all facilities around. The patio is inspiring, fresh, beautiful. Really welcoming owners, speak multi languages and happy to chat and share. Waking up with sunrise at the last floor of the house with beautiful view.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Dedine. The rooms were amazing, clean and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff were also fantastic - very friendly and always on hand to help and provide recommendations. Location is unbeatable, walking distance from Sidi bou Said and right on the water - a highlight of our stay in Tunis. The owners where very nice. They took good care of me and provided me with local food, no charge. But also give enough privacy. The location was close to the airport and was in a quite neighberhood. House was clean and modern. Overal fantastic place to stay of you visit Tunisia!!! ❤️

We stayed at this absolutely amazing BnB for only two nights — unfortunately! We truly wished we could have stayed longer. The room was tastefully decorated, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The terrace offered the most spectacular view and the best sunset in all of Sidi Bou Said. Breakfast was delicious — everything was homemade with fresh ingredients and prepared with such care and attention to detail. Thank you so much for hosting us! We can’t wait to come back to this magical place, in one of the most beautiful villages in Tunisia.
