This accommodation was very pleasant, the owners were looking afer us more than one can expect. They were unbelievably nice and willing to help and comfort us any time. Their offered breakfasts were very rich - fresh fruit from the orchard variety of food to choose from and also drinks of different kinds. Which was an excellent start of the day.

We had a wonderful time in Quinta do Bosque. It was clean and beautiful. The view from our room was great. All staff members were incredibly nice. One regret we have is that we should have stayed longer, at least 2 nights. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our stay here

Great spot to unwind between trips. Lovely pool and hearty breakfasts. But the best part is the setting – the resort itself, the nearby houses, and the nature all around. The hosts are amazing. Honestly, it’s even better than it looks on B.com. We honestly wished we didn’t have to leave!

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast made us feel like aristocrats. It was a cold night but João kept the rooms nice and warm and was always available for anything we needed.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Marco de Canaveses. Our room was large and comfortable, almost the size of an apartment. The pool was refreshing, and offered a lovely view of the river. We also had a phenomenal dinner there - Paulo Damotta, the chef, is a real talent in the kitchen. But what made our stay truly phenomenal was the attention of Fatima. We had lost something and she was wonderfully helpful in helping us try to find it (by calling people and explaining things in Portuguese). She is a generous spirit, and a most welcoming presence at Casa da Ribeira. I would give this place 11 stars out of 10!
