The room is very nicely decorated, with a view over the river, a good bed and very comfortable. Clean, warm, cozy, fresh towels, great location, near Lisboa with fair price. There was a radiator which heated the whole room and a cooling fan thermostat which let you know the room temp - perfect for us. Vanda was really friendly, helpful, and very supportive in guiding us to visit Lisboa. We will defo come back to stay there again! <3

This hotel perfectly reflects the "boutique" concept. It is very chic and authentic. It offers you a full experience of feeling pampered. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel. Great quality ingredients. It has a nice garden where you can relax and also a coffee salon. Friendly, attentive stuff. Very confortable and tastefully decorated room. Location is good, city center is easily reachable by metro.

At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! A Clean and comfortable stay, right on the Metro, suburban train station, as well as bus routes to town and airport. 3 Super clean shared bathrooms - between about 8 bedrooms. We never had to wait to use a bathroom. Very accommodative by letting us drop our luggage of on arrival, early the morning of check in , before going out to sightsee. Our flight was out of Lisbon late night, and we were again given an area to store our luggage so we could enjoy our last day before coming back for a shower The friendliness and willingness to assist by hosts like these is priceless and makes a stay memorable .

What a great boutique hotel!! Really central. Lovely brekkie supplied and plenty for two served and more available. If you are unable to make breakfast, just say and they will provide you a takeaway lunch/brunch for your day out/journey to the airport. You do need to book your breakfast time slot as this is a small but very well run establishment
