A wonderful room, carefully prepared down to every detail, with a warm and beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly warm and kind, giving us all the best tips for places to eat and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. She even provided umbrellas since it was raining heavily that day. The room is in an excellent location, right next to a minimetro stop, making it very easy to get around the city using public transport.

Our room was spotless, the linens fresh and fragrant—everything radiated care and comfort. Francesca and Novello were the heart of our experience—so warm, attentive, and ready to make everything perfect. Francesca’s cooking, made with herbs straight from the garden, was absolutely delicious—each meal a heartfelt masterpiece. We didn’t just feel like guests, we felt like family. A truly unforgettable escape.

Beautiful accommodation and location excellent. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and well designed. Breakfast good but basic with sliced bread, ham and cheese and delicous cakes. Coffee good (once you can get to it). Wifi good

We had no experience living with a host and a shared bathroom before, so it is difficult to judge compared to private apartments. However, Giuseppe and Perla did their best to make us satisfied. Very good communication with the host. Giuseppe gave us his parking space both nights, and made free coffee in the mornings. Quiet room, no street noise at all, great view from the window to the garden, and I especially liked the Eurasian blackcap singing in the garden. Enough bedding, comfortable pillows.

I decided to trust the good reviews and I'm really happy I did. I couldn't agree more. Luca made me feel welcomed the second I walked in and the cats were a great bonus! The cats were really clean, healthy and well-behaved. As the name says (bah & Bah) Luca's place is neither an hotel or a classic Bed & breakfast. It's like staying with a real Italian household and that's a very interesting way to explore Perugia. Would recommend!

My stay at the Santa Cecilia apartments was a really nice experience! I communicated with the hosts for the check-in process and they were very helpful. The check-in is by codes, but everything is very easy! In terms of the apartment, it's spacious, clean and what I really liked was the quiteness of the place. In terms of the location, you just go up the street and are in the main street of Perugia, it's perfectly located. Thank you for everything :)

Budget accommodation in a great location, walking distance to the city, bus station and train station. Shared bathroom but I was aware of this so it was not a problem for me. Francesco speaks great English, is very helpful and a great host. For what I paid for two nights, I was happy with the accommodation.
